Location: Sales→Internal Sales→Edit Internal Sales Order→Delivery Notes→Create Delivery Notes→Purchase Request

When creating a Purchase Request from the Create Delivery Notes page under the Internal Sales module, the system incorrectly shows a "Data Retrieve Failed" error after submission. In reality, the Purchase Request is successfully created and approved under the Purchase → Purchase Request module. This misleads the user into thinking the action has failed when it has actually been completed successfully.
