its a bug image

the user is required to select a customer in order to return products from the corresponding Sales Order. However, after selecting a Customer, the Sales Order dropdown does not display any Sales Orders related to the selected Customer. As a result, the user is unable to select the required Sales Order and proceed with the return process.
