When the last remaining record in the Bank Details grid is deleted, the row disappears, but the "No entries found" placeholder fails to render. Additionally, the pagination footer incorrectly remains stuck at "Showing 1 to 1 of 1 entries." The UI only corrects itself after a manual tab toggle/refresh.
