It is a bug image

when an invalid value such as 0 is entered in the Unit Price field and the user clicks the Create Return button, the system displays the appropriate validation warning. However, after the validation warning is displayed, the Create Return button remains in the processing/loading state instead of returning to its normal enabled state.
