The system permits these zero-value notes to be applied to invoices incorrectly changing their status to USED.

The system is successfully creating credit notes with an amount of ₦ 0.00 and allowing them to be transitioned to the USED status against active invoices. A credit note with no monetary value should have standard validation preventing it from being processed, applied, or deducting amounts from an outstanding bill.
