On the Organisation Details configuration page, the dependent location cascades are broken. When a user selects any option from the primary Country dropdown field, the backend call fails to retrieve the corresponding sub-regions. Instead of populating the State/Province/Area dropdown menu with valid listings, the system triggers a critical UI error modal displaying the message: "Error: Cannot fetch state details. Please contact Administrator." This completely blocks the ability to update or save organizational location details.
