When navigating to the Employee directory, the data table experiences severe rendering issues. The UI intermittently flickers and completely blanks out, briefly displaying a false positive "No entries found" message. After a short delay, the employee records suddenly reappear on the screen. This jarring visual glitch degrades the user experience and creates initial confusion regarding whether the system has active data.
