In the Advanced Information tab of the Employee profile, the "Relationship" dropdown menu within the Emergency & Personal Contact section is completely non-functional. The dropdown only displays the default placeholder text (-- Select Relationship --) and fails to populate any data list options. Additionally, the field does not accept manual text input. Because this field is required to save or update the contact details, this issue completely blocks users from completing the emergency contact setup.
