When the same Sales Estimation (SE0000016) is opened in two browser tabs and submitted from both tabs simultaneously, the system processes both submissions successfully showing "Your data has been saved successfully!" in each tab, instead of blocking the second submission with an error like "This estimation has already been submitted."
