Location: Sales →Return to Warehouse → Create Return

After selecting customer, Sales Order ID, product checkbox, and location checkbox, clicking Create Return does not create the return. Instead, the system throws a database/server error.

While creating a return in the Return to Warehouse module, the return creation fails and an error message is displayed when using the specific Sales Order ID: ISO_0000007. The issue occurs after selecting a customer, sales order, product checkbox, and location checkbox, then clicking Create Return.
