Location: Sales→Internal Sales→Create Internal Sales→Add Products→Create Delivery Note

The Search Box (top-right, labeled "Type here...") does not respond when a product name is typed and the Enter key is pressed. The search action fails to execute and the input field becomes unresponsive.
