When clicking the edit button for a bank record, the table's Serial Number (S.No) is incorrectly mapped into the 'Beneficiary Name' form field. All other data fields subsequently shift by one index position. If the user clicks 'Update', this corrupted, shifted data overwrites the correct database record, leading to permanent data loss.
