On the New Purchase Order page, typing a non-existing product name ("XYZNONEXISTPRO") in the Product Name search field does not return an empty/no-match state. Instead, the dropdown incorrectly displays an unrelated existing product ("APRON DISPOSABLE (1 CTN X 1000PCS)") as a suggestion.
