Description Karunakaran (Karunakaran) 2026-06-18 09:05:30 UTC 
After successfully deleting a Delivery Note, the system displays a success message indicating that the Delivery Note has been deleted. However, the deleted record continues to appear in the Delivery Notes grid. The record is removed only after manually refreshing the page.
